A tall, slender ceramic column, obelisk-like in form, with a relief figure of a seated meditating figure at its centre. The surface is decorated with Devanagari script running in horizontal bands and geometric patterning in terracotta and white. The work draws on both the votive and the architectural traditions of Indian art.
