What I collect. When you book, I collect your name, email, phone, and your date, time and place of birth. I need your birth details to calculate your chart. Payments are handled by our payment provider. I never see your card number.
How I use it. To give your reading, take payment and contact you about your session. I do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who sees it. Only the tools that run the booking: Wix (website and bookings), our payment provider (payments) and video call (the session).
How long I keep it. Your birth details for 60 days after your session, then I delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Email 9fables@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

These terms apply to bookings on 9fables.com with 9 Fables, Delhi & Amsterdam, 9fables@gmail.com.
The service. The Natal Reading is a 60-minute one-to-one online video call. I explain your Vedic (Jyotish) birth chart in plain language and answer your questions. It is made for beginners.
Birth details. Your exact date, time and place of birth are required. If they are wrong, the chart will be wrong.
Price and payment. €109 per session. €50 is paid online when you book. The remaining €59 is paid after the session, by a payment link I send you.
Cancelling. You can cancel or change your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Write to 9fables@gmail.com. If you cancel 48 hours or more before the session, your €50 is refunded. If you cancel inside 48 hours, the €50 is not refunded. If I have to cancel, you can choose a new time or get a full refund. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected.
What the reading is. A reading is for reflection and learning, based on the Vedic astrological tradition. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. I do not predict the future or promise outcomes. Your decisions are your own.
Liability. I deliver the session with reasonable care. I am not responsible for decisions you make based on the reading. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Law. Dutch law applies. As a consumer you keep any rights you have under the law of your own country.
